    Technical Specification for Micro-Raman Platform and Spectral Imaging Systems (ATR8800, ATR8700, ATR8600, ATR8500, ATR8300Pro, ATR8300, ATR8100, ATR8000 Series). Standard Base Configuration: Light-optimized fully sealed measurement chamber to eliminate ambient light interference, internal motorized rotating grating turret for 3 to 4 independent optical gratings, software-driven auto-focus mechanism with a response time under 2 seconds, and a built-in HD digital camera for real-time visual alignment. Configurable Options, Components, and Modules: Simultaneous integration of up to 4 laser excitation sources within a single unit from wavelengths 266nm, 325nm, 532nm, 633nm, 638nm, 785nm, 830nm, 1064nm; variable laser power outputs of 30mW, 80mW, 100mW, 350mW, 500mW depending on the selected wavelength; wavenumber range of 50–10,000 cm?¹; customizable optical focal lengths of 210mm, 350mm, 510mm, or 810mm; variable spectral resolution based on optical configuration: 5.2 cm?¹, 2.6 cm?¹, 2.1 cm?¹, 1.4 cm?¹ down to a minimum peak resolution of 0.3 cm?¹; optional detector technologies and cooling systems: standard CCD detector (BS series), thermoelectrically actively cooled detector down to -30°C supporting long integration times up to 1.3 hours (LT series), cooled scientific sCMOS detector (SCM series), or Area Array EMCCD detector (EM series); automation and scanning levels: true pinhole-based confocal optics for micron-level spatial resolution and 3D depth profiling/sectioning, and a software-driven motorized X-Y-Z scanning stage for automated chemical mapping (MP series), spectral stitching, and depth-of-field fusion imaging.
