    What Are Handheld Homogenizer?

A compact homogenizer is a portable and powerfull device used to homogenize samples in a laboratory setting in short time of 10- 30 seconds,The speed range is 8000-30,000rpm and the volume is 0.5ml up to 250ml.

It consists of a motor and a generator probe, at high speeds to break down cells or particles and create a homogenized mixture.

The homogenizer can be used by hand when , disperse and disintegrate liquid in tubes and can operate on stand for long operation when homogenizing media in beakers.

The probe generator works by sucking the media  into the generator probe ,the media is drawn through narrow slits in the generator probe and reduce the particle size of the sample in a few seconds by shearing and disintegration action.

The probe generator  made of  stainless steel and autoclavable,Interchangeable easily disassembled for cleaning.

    Uses of Handheld Homogenizers

Handheld homogenizers are commonly used in a variety of laboratory applications  in Environmental, biological, pharmaceutical, and microbiological research, including tissue homogenization(liquid/solid mixture of muscle, liver, breast tissue, etc ), cell lysis, Food and plant sample preparation for analysis. Suitable for bacteria, yeast. , and animal tissue samples

    WHAT ARE HANDHELD HOMOGENIZER?

There are several features to consider when selecting a handheld homogenizer:

Motor power: The motor power of the homogenizer will determine its ability to effectively homogenize a sample. Higher motor power may be necessary for harder or thicker samples.

Probe size: The size of the probe should be chosen based on the size of the sample and the type of material being homogenized. Smaller probes may be necessary for smaller samples or for homogenizing more delicate materials.

Speed range: The speed range of the homogenizer should be chosen based on the specific application and the type of sample being homogenized. Higher speeds may be necessary for harder or thicker samples.

Ease of use: Consider the ease of use and maintenance of the homogenizer, as well as the training required for staff to operate it.

Handheld Homogenizers are a useful tool for homogenizing samples in a variety of laboratory settings. They are particularly useful for applications where a larger, benchtop homogenizer is not practical or where samples need to be homogenized on-site.
